I met Kasey and Collin on a cold (to say the least) day and man oh man they were troopers. Between trekking through the snow covered paths in the woods, to braving the winds - WOW.
ANYWAYS, sometimes you meet couples and you just are in awe and feel how genuinely in love they are. That was Kasey and Collin. The way Collin looked at Kasey and the way they interact was nothing short of magic. I'm so happy for these two and know their September wedding will be perfect (and hopefully warmer!)

I have been SLACKING with blogging my work. Life has just been busy and unfortunately that meant blogging took a back seat, BUT I am back and going to be trying to be better at posting my work in a more timely manner.
This summer, I met up with Ella - the sassiest, cutest, and by far funniest little girl I've ever met. Ella LOVED the camera and it loved her right back. I can see Hollywood in her future! Ashley + Chris are getting married this coming year and
I was lucky enough to take their engagement photos earlier this summer. They were absolute NATURALS in front of the camera. I love the love they share for each other & wish them nothing but the best <3 In all my years of photographing special moments, I've always wanted to photograph an engagement and never got the opportunity to. WELL that all changed when in May, Andrew came to me with the idea that he was going to propose in August and needed it to be photographed. I've known Andrew his entire life so to me this was exciting on deeper level.
Close friends and family joined together - most arrived under the impression it was Paul's surprise birthday party only to find out what was really going to happen. Between the beautiful acoustic sound of local artist Brianna Grace, the excitement in the air from everyone impatiently awaiting their arrival, and the fire crackling on the perfect August night - what came after can only be described as magic. I am so excited for these two as they begin their journey to forever and I cannot wait for their upcoming nuptials...whenever they will be! Mr. Hudson Joseph was just the cutest little model - all six pounds of him! I enjoyed my afternoon with the A family and their newest addition. They are the cutest family and so welcoming. I hope they love these photos as much as I loved taking them.
Little Miss Grace was such a joy - I met her and her wonderful parents last holiday season and was so happy they wanted to work together again! She loved her cake - and it shows!
It feels like just yesterday I was with the Alexson family welcoming Landon and now we are getting ready to welcome his little brother! I am so excited for this beautiful family. Lifestyle in-home sessions are my absolute favorite and these photos show why. Excitement, comfortable, intimate. ALL.THE.FEELS. I cannot wait until the arrival of the newest little man so soon!
This little spitfire is my spirit animal. Evelyn was the picture of independence but had the sweetest smile and kind disposition that made you melt. I had so much fun wandering around for her three year old "princess" portraits. We talked about fairies, animals, and I may owe her a prize or two for posing for a photo ;) I hope this little lady has the best birthday!
It is CRAZY how fast a year flew by. I met this adorable family last year when Brayden was just a newborn and now here we are for his cake smash! He loved eating his cake and being just as handsome as ever! Happy Birthday Brayden! :)
Little Miss Brynn Rose was recently born and I had the great pleasure of getting to photograph her. She was a perfect angel and loved just relaxing and posing for the camera - plus she is just so beautiful so it was super easy!
